Another Princess Tea Party

These cookies were created for a friend's daughter's little princess tea party.  I love tea parties....they are such a wonderful way to connect with friends, daughters or grandaughters. I have no daughters of my own, which is probably why I love them even more.

Here is a picture taken by my friend Chetna.  She is using the tiara cookie favors as part of her princess tea party goodie bags.

Star for a day

I made these star-shaped favors for a friend's daughter's first birthday party.  I chose the stars because it had signficance to the girls name "tara" which means star in Hindi.

Princess Tea Party

From the jewels to the shoes and the tiaras and the dress, every young girl dreams of being a little princess.  And of course along with being a princess comes the ever-enchanting princess tea party. This tea party was for a special little girl who has been dreaming of having a tea party for her birthday with everything in pink and purple (her favorite colors).

Winnie the Pooh

Growing up, I was always a big Disney fan and am still a huge Disney fan 'til this day!  I remember watching the "Winnie the Pooh" movie over and over again.  Next to Mickey Mouse, Pooh was always one of the cutest characters.  So when one of my friends asked me to make these Pooh cookies for her son's birthday party, I was so excited!

Zoo/Jungle Animals

These jungle animals were for a little boy's 1st birthday party.  The elephant is a lttle disproportionate, but the only elephant cookie cutter I could find on short notice.  I was actually out-of-town in Chicago when I received this order and I actually searched for a local store in Chicago to find the cookie cutters for this order.  It was an adventure!

Welcome to Anjali's Designer Cookies!

I really enjoy baking cookies and  I love being creative, so what better way to combine the two and bake wonderful little pieces of art!  I hope you enjoy my cookies and I would love to hear your comments.

Here are some cupcake cookies that I made for a little girl's 1st birthday party.  These are larger cookies (about 5"), but smaller cupcake cookies are also available.  A great alternative to cake and cupcake or they can be combined with cupcakes/cake or as part of your desssert tray for a wonderful assortment of treats!
